1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Korvex Studios (“Korvex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting korvexstudios.com, using a Korvex product or Discord bot, downloading our software, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
2. Our services
Korvex provides custom software development, websites, Discord bots, dashboards, downloadable applications, and related technical services. Product descriptions are informational and may change as products improve. Features, availability, supported platforms, and eligibility may vary by product.
3. Custom projects
Custom work may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. That project agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment milestones, revisions, ownership, support, and cancellation terms will be defined there. You are responsible for providing timely, accurate content, access, decisions, and approvals needed to complete the work.
4. Accounts and platform requirements
Some services depend on third-party accounts or platforms, including Discord. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining required permissions, and complying with the rules of those platforms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet any minimum-age requirement imposed by the relevant platform.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our website, software, bots, or services to:
- Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or exploitation.
- Distribute malware, probe security without permission, disrupt systems, or bypass access controls.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit a product except where law or a written license permits it.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use or represent yourself as another person or organization.
- Use a Discord bot in a way that violates Discord’s terms, policies, or developer requirements.
6. Discord bots and permissions
Our bots require permissions to perform the features you enable. Server owners and administrators are responsible for choosing permissions, configuring the bot, informing their communities where appropriate, and reviewing bot actions. You may remove a bot from your server at any time. Bot features may be limited, suspended, or changed to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with platform rules, or maintain service reliability.
7. Downloadable software
Unless a separate license says otherwise, Korvex grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our downloadable software for its intended purpose. You are responsible for device compatibility, backups, and obtaining permission to access or control any connected device. Do not use Phone Mirror or similar tools to access a device without the owner’s authorization.
8. Fees, payments, and refunds
Prices, deposits, billing schedules, taxes, cancellation charges, and refund eligibility for paid work are defined in the applicable proposal, checkout, invoice, or written agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees for completed work and delivered digital services are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual property
Korvex and its licensors retain rights in our brand, website, reusable tools, pre-existing code, product interfaces, documentation, and service technology. Ownership of custom deliverables is determined by the applicable project agreement. You retain ownership of content and materials you provide, and you grant us permission to use them as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
10. Third-party services
Our services may connect to or link to third parties such as Discord, Railway, Resend, MediaFire, Facebook, hosting providers, APIs, and payment services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Availability and changes
We work to provide reliable services, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a feature or service for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or business reasons. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid services.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and generally available products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korvex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from a service will not exceed the amount you paid Korvex for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, misuse, security risk, platform violations, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using our generally available products at any time. Ending a custom project remains subject to its project agreement.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you and Korvex agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting the other party. Any unresolved dispute must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction, unless another written agreement provides otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as our products or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
