Information you provide
When you submit our contact form or communicate with us, we may receive your name, email address, company, requested service, project details, attachments, correspondence, and any other information you choose to provide. For paid projects, we may also process billing, contract, and transaction records.
Discord bot information
Depending on the bot and features enabled, our bots may process Discord user, server, channel, role, and message identifiers; commands and configuration; moderation and safety records; listings and seller information; tickets; economy, leveling, giveaway, or analytics data; and content submitted through a bot workflow. We seek to process only the information needed to operate the selected features.
Technical information
Our website, hosting providers, security tools, and connected services may automatically process IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, request and error logs, referring pages, and basic usage information. We use this information to deliver, secure, diagnose, and improve our services.
Desktop software
Phone Mirror may store device connection details, preferences, and saved-device settings locally on your computer to provide its features. It works with device-control technologies such as ADB and scrcpy. Korvex does not receive locally stored device information unless you deliberately send it to us, a specific feature clearly says otherwise, or technical logs are shared for support.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver requested projects or support.
- Operate, configure, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website, bots, and software.
- Send service messages, project updates, security notices, and responses to your requests.
- Detect spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms or platform rules.
- Maintain business, payment, tax, contractual, and legal records.
- Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Korvex, our users, and others.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Service providers that help us host, deliver, secure, and support our services, including Railway for hosting and Resend for contact-form email delivery.
- Platforms you choose to use, such as Discord, when needed to provide bot features or authorize an installation.
- Professional advisers, contractors, or project collaborators who need the information and are expected to protect it.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
5. Third-party services and links
Our services may link to or interact with Discord, Railway, Resend, MediaFire, Facebook, Blacklist Terminal, and other external services. Those providers process information under their own policies, which we do not control. Review their policies before providing information or using their services. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to provide services, maintain project and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the information and service. Data may remain temporarily in backups or security logs after deletion from active systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission, software, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the website contact form.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also remove a Korvex bot from a Discord server, change its permissions or configuration, and uninstall downloadable software. To submit a privacy request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users of Discord-connected services must also meet Discord’s applicable minimum-age requirements. If you believe a child provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so we can review and address it.
10. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and provider safeguards for international transfers.
